Matcha Latte Ingredients:
1-2 teaspoon of Matcha IZU powder
4-6 oz of hot milk
A touch of real Maple syrup
You can also sweeten with sugar, honey, agave nectar, date sugar
1. We start by preparing Matcha Izu traditionally with hot water heated to 90˚C.
2. Add is 1/2 tsp-1 tsp (1g-2g) per 8oz. (225ml) serving.
3. Add 1/2 tsp. (1g) to base of the cup and add 2oz water. Whisk with matcha whisk, or any small whisk will do.
4. Heat 5-6oz of hot milk and add to your cup or bowl and sweeten to taste.
