Green Tea

We offer high quality green tea from a few regions around the world. These loose leaf teas are some the finest we could find. Traditionally prepared, these teas have a low level of oxidation giving it a full bodied and light stimulating properties, with a moderate level of theophylline and chlorophyll, high level of catechins; anti-oxidants. Light and fresh, with astringent properties. The process that green teas goes through from harvesting to drying and curing is much quicker than for oolongs and black teas giving respect to preserving the original character of this wonderful leaf.
